Hearing Testing

CSAM is pleased to offer the services of Industrial Health and Safety Solutions for Hearing Testing.

Dates available are: November 5, and December 15.  If you would like to register for any one of these dates email: pam@constructionsafety.ca.

Industrial Health and Safety Solutions (IHSS), is offering quality, on site hearing testing by a Licensed Audiometric Technician, which can asisst companies in complying with WSH Legislation requirements.  This service will initially be provided 1 day per month and testing will be conducted within the CSAM offices, the Rebiffe Boardroom.

For larger groups of 20 or more, a mobile unit that is equipped with 2 professional sound booths can be made available. 

As required by WSH, in accordance to W/MR 217/2006, a comprehensive report will also be provided.

Your hearing test will include the following:

    1.  A Licensed Audiometric Technician as per Workplace Safety and Health     Regulations.

    2.  Obtaining Medical History

    3.  Otoscopic Examination

    4.  Explanation and Consultation of hearing results

    5.  Copy of hearing results

    6.  Comprehensive report to your Company, outlining test results for your records.

    7.  As per WSH Regulations, any abnormal hearing test must be reviewed by a Physician or an Audiologists.  This services is available to you if you do not already have a Professional in place.
