Associate
Membership
In the interest of carrying
out the objectives of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba,
services will be offered to construction related companies outside
the Workers Compensation Board "400" Group industry codes who are involved in some aspect of construction
as defined through the W210 (ie: Owner, Supplier, etc.).
The objectives of the
CSAM are:
- provide the construction industry with accident prevention methods
and changes to legislation that will effect them;
- provide resources, information, tools and training to meet their
legislative responsibilities;
- provide a comprehensive safety program tailored to companies
both large and small.
- to act as the Authority Having Jurisdiction to grant COR™ Certification & Small Employer COR™ Certification.
As a result of increasing
demand for service from non-400 Group, and to assist current members
with meeting their legislative responsibilities, the CSAM will provide
assistance and services to construction related companies providing:
- services provided shall not diminish the capability of the
CSAM
to meet their mandate, nor the ability to service those companies
within the "400" Group.
- Associate Members will pay an
annual fee for this privilege
($500) and shall be charged a associate member pricing for resources, training and audits.
NOTE: the annual membership fee of $500 is waived for all current members of the Winnipeg Construction Association and the Manitoba Home Builders Association - and are eligible to receive services from CSAM as an Associate Members.

Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) and register into the COR™ program. Mail or fax the completed registration
form to the registrant's office.
