Overview

As per the Workplace Safety and Health Act, you are required to do everything that is reasonably practicable to ensure your employees are capable of doing the tasks you assign them. You are expected to provide information, instruction, training or close supervision to ensure their safety and health.

You are also expected to evaluate the people you hire (contractors and sub-contractors) to ensure they will abide by the Workplace Safety & Health Act.

The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba is pleased to offer safety courses in a variety of industry specific areas.  We offer courses in either classroom/lecture style; cd rom or online formats to suit your time and preference.

All training formats are available at either one of our main training centres located in Winnipeg and Brandon.  We also regularly visit our northern communities and rural areas as requested.  If you do not see the course training you are looking for or if you would like additional information, please contact us to discuss.
