There’s a mentality that exists in Canadian workplaces of working when one is sick. The notion, similar to “playing through pain” in the sporting world, carries the idea of not wanting to miss too much work and falling behind on projects or even jeopardizing one’s position.

CSAM: Residential Safety Conference

The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba is the proud host of the first annual Residential Safety Conference.
Taking place Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 7:30 – 4:00pm, the Residential Safety Conference offers numerous hands on training courses geared towards the residential construction sector. This one-day educational conference will aid small and large employers in meeting legislative requirements.
