Leadership for Safety Excellence

Course Length: Two days (four half days) of training (16 hours) on June 24 and June 25
Prerequisites: None
Cost: Members – $100, Associate Members – $150, Non-Industry – $300

This program enables managers and supervisors to build health and safety into their everyday planning and make them a daily part of their supervisory function. Communication skills are emphasized and practiced in this course.

Investigations

• Reasons for investigations
• When to investigate
• Effective guidelines to follow in preparation, conducting and reporting
• Legislative requirements
• Follow up
• Selling recommendations to workers and management

Training
