The Manitoba Heavy Construction Association (MHCA) invites you to a Lunch ’n Learn Brown Bag Webinar hosted by St. John Ambulance.

Talking about mental health can be tough.  The stigma – perceptions that people dealing with mental health problems are weak or incapable – isolates individuals, who may not reach out for help. This session addresses the myths. Mental health is similar to physical health in how it impacts our ability to function. We will talk about how we all can assist people dealing with mental health problems, and how we can improve our own well-being.
