Do YOU have a coworker who is dedicated to workplace safety? We want to celebrate their commitment to safety with the Construction Safety Award of Merit!
This award serves to recognize an individual’s dedication and outstanding contribution to health and safety in the construction industry of Manitoba.
If you know someone who demonstrates a commitment to safety in the workplace, acts as an advocate to fellow workers, and works for an automatic member company of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba — we want to hear from you!
This award is for any individual working for a construction company, including, but not limited to, those employed in safety-specific roles (such as safety officers, safety advisors, NCSO™, etc.).
Candidates must meet specific criteria:
- Candidates must be employed with an automatic member of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM).
- Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all workers through the identification, communication, and control of hazards.
- Candidates must demonstrate a focus on health and safety as well as acts as an advocate to fellow workers.
