Legislation Information

After all is said and done, it is the law — and an extremely important part of your safety program — to know all the regulations you must be in compliance with. You need to understand the responsibilities of the prime contractor, sub-contractor, building and property owner, and the workers themselves. We’ve made it a little easier for you by offering a list of resources from the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Workers Compensation Board, and Canadian Standards Association.
