National Construction Safety Officers (NCSO) Conference
The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba held its second annual National Construction Safety Officers (NCSO) conference on October 5, 2016, in Winnipeg.
This one-day conference equipped nearly 100 students with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to embrace soft skills as tools in the construction industry.
