How to Build a Successful Return to Work Program

Description: This session will discuss the reasons for having a return to work program and provide industry specific statistics to support those reasons. Participants will learn about the seven principles identified by The Institute of Work and Health which are key to having a successful return to work program and how to incorporate them in return to work planning in order to ensure a program supports both workers and employers in mitigating the impact of workplace injuries.
