Self-Elevating Work Platforms (Scissor Lift)

This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure the safe operation of self-elevating work platforms in the workplace. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how to recognize, evaluate, and control potential hazards associated with these platforms. The course also emphasizes the importance of adhering to legislative requirements and provides detailed guidance on inspecting and effectively using self-elevating work platforms. Designed for employers, supervisors, and workers who specifically use a Scissor Lift as part of their daily tasks. This course will have a practical training component using a Scissor Lift. Please note that Working at Heights training must be completed prior to taking this course.
