Firstly, this information is incorrect. The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba does not charge $200 for a safety manual template. The $200 fee is for the Principles of Safety Management course which is designed to assist you in the creation of a company safety manual and provide practical guidelines to the implementation of your own safety program. This course is one of the four mandatory courses that must be taken by one of the most senior members of your organization.
