The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) and Made Safe are bringing a variety of safety training courses to Thompson and The Pas this October.
Participants in Thompson can choose from five courses on October 18 and 19:
- Fall Protection (full day - October 18)
- Safety Skills for Supervisors (full day - October 18)
- Safety Representative and Committee Training (half day - October 18)
- Hazard Identification and Risk Control (half day - October 18)
- Flagperson (full day - October 19)
Participants in The Pas can choose from four courses on October 20:
- Fall Protection (full day)
- Safety Skills for Supervisors (full day)
- Safety Representative and Committee Training (half day)
- Hazard Identification and Risk Control (half day)
All courses will take place at the University College of the North Campuses in Thompson and The Pas, respectively. Half-day courses cost $30 per course, and full-day courses cost $60 per course. Lunch is provided for those participating in full-day or both morning and afternoon half-day courses.
