Attend this presentation for the practical interpretation of changes in the law and how they affect your workplace. Effective February 1st, 2007 the new ‘omnibus’ Regulation became effective and affects every person who works in Manitoba.

If you are a worker, supervisor, contractor, employer, owner or supplier, you need to know the bottom line. With the current emphasis on the construction industry, now is the time to prepare yourself: ”In the eyes of the law, not knowing is not an excuse!”

A current copy of the WSH Act and new Regulation will be detailed with practical solutions to implementation will be discussed. This is a must-attend session.
