Do YOU have a co-worker who is dedicated to workplace safety? Let’s celebrate their commitment with the Construction Safety Award of Merit!
This award recognizes an individual’s dedication and outstanding contribution to safety and health in Manitoba’s construction industry.
If you know someone who demonstrates a commitment to safety in the workplace, acts as an advocate to fellow workers, and works for an automatic member company of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba — we want to hear from you!
This award is for any individual working for a construction company, including but not limited to those employed in safety-specific roles (such as safety officers, safety advisors, NCSO®, etc.).
Candidates must meet specific criteria:
- Candidates must be employed with an automatic member of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM).
- Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all workers through the identification, communication, and control of hazards.
- Candidates must demonstrate a focus on safety and health and act as an advocate to fellow workers.
To nominate a co-worker, complete the nomination form below by Friday, August 5, 2022. The winner will be celebrated at The Safetys Gala on November 2.
