What is an Org Manager?

An Org Manager is a designated representative within your organization who is authorized to manage your company’s account in SHIELD. This role is designed for individuals responsible for overseeing their company’s safety training, audit submissions, and employee records.

Each organization can have one or more Org Managers, depending on the size and structure of the company.

What Org Managers can do

• View and update your company’s contact information and employee list
• Access employee training records and certificates
• Purchase training courses for employees on the company’s behalf
• Start, submit, and assign audits on the company’s behalf

Who should request Org Manager access?

This role is intended for individuals who are responsible for managing their organization’s relationship with CSAM. You may be a good fit if you:

• Are the primary contact for your company’s CSAM membership
• Oversee safety training and need to register employees for courses
• Are responsible for submitting or managing COR audits on behalf of your company
• Need to view or manage employee training records and certificates
