An Org Manager is a designated representative within your organization who is authorized to manage your company’s account in SHIELD. This role is designed for individuals responsible for overseeing their company’s safety training, audit submissions, and employee records.
Each organization can have one or more Org Managers, depending on the size and structure of the company.
This role is intended for individuals who are responsible for managing their organization’s relationship with CSAM. You may be a good fit if you:
Only completing audits for a company? You may not need Org Manager access. In SHIELD, an Org Manager can assign a company’s audit to any person who has a SHIELD account — that person can then complete the audit on the company’s behalf without needing access to the company account. About the approval process
All Org Manager access requests are reviewed by the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba before access is granted. You will be contacted by a member of our team once your request has been reviewed.
