Jennifer Willems, Return to Work Consultant with WCB Manitoba is coming out to do a full day RTW workshop on Tuesday October 1, 2018
The day will highlight the basic components and best practices required to develop or enhance a workplace Return to Work Program. A well-functioning RTW program will support injured workers in their safe and timely return to work and assist in managing WCB rates. By attending this workshop you will learn the importance of creating and maintaining a strong Return to Work program. You will have an opportunity to share your experiences and discuss ways in which you can apply what you've learned to your workplace.
