Orange level #RestartMB Pandemic Response System restrictions took effect for the Prairie Mountain Health Region (PMHR) August 24. This means public gatherings are limited to a max of 10 people (indoor and outdoor). Workplaces are exempt from this rule.
The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba has spoken with the Province of Manitoba and has confirmed that as per previous public health orders, construction remains essential in Manitoba. Physical distancing and rigorous hygiene protocols should still be followed.
If you're headed to other public spaces or gatherings in the PMHR, you'll need to wear a mask. If you don't have a mask on hand, take a look at the MHCA Worksafely™ guide to making a reusable mask.
