How does YOUR company’s return to work program measure up?
The amount of support and practices available at a managerial level affects how well a construction company can accommodate injured employees. The University of Manitoba, Construction Safety Association of Manitoba, Manitoba Heavy Construction Association WORKSAFELY™, and Merit Contractors Association of Manitoba have partnered to conduct research and to provide Manitoba’s construction industry with free, accessible, web-based tools to support continuous improvement of injury management and return to work framework.
We invite construction companies to participate by creating a profile and completing a survey regarding their own return to work programs. The results of the survey will help companies understand the effectiveness of their current return to work programs, compare other participants' results, and lead them to tools and resources developed through the research group to help improve injury management and return to work programs.
To learn more about this survey, how it works, and how it can help you manage and improve your return to work program, join CSAM and the University of Manitoba for a lunch and learn via Zoom on July 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the research team and ask questions about this new resource. Click here to register.
All information gathered will be kept strictly confidential. The survey should take a maximum of 30 minutes – unlocking pertinent information and resources to help you.
Once you've completed the survey, you'll be entered to win one of two $150 Visa gift cards. If you attend our July 26 lunch and learn, you'll be entered into the draw twice!
