The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) is pleased to announce the return of Eastman Training Blitz, to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Pat Porter Active Living Centre (10 Chrysler Gate) in Steinbach.
Designed for construction employers, supervisors, workers, and safety professionals, this annual event brings high-quality workplace safety training closer to Manitoba's Eastman Region. Whether you're looking to meet training requirements, refresh your knowledge, or develop new skills, Eastman Training Day offers practical courses led by experienced instructors.
Full-Day Training
Participants can choose from two full-day courses:
- Working at Heights – $130
- Safety Skills for Supervisors – $60
Half-Day Training
For those looking to focus on specific safety topics, the following half-day courses are also available:
- Excavation & Trenching – $30
- Workplace Safety & Health Committee & Worker Safety & Health Representative – $30
These courses provide valuable knowledge to improve job site safety, strengthen workplace safety programs, and support compliance with Manitoba's workplace safety requirements.
Lunch Included
Attendees can once again enjoy a catered lunch from Bigg Smoak BBQ, a returning favourite from last year's event. Lunch registration will be available during the registration process.
